Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a highly skilled and data driven Digital Analytics Manager to lead our digital analytics strategy and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with strong experience in data tracking, dashboard creation, and translating complex information into meaningful insights that inform strategy and performance optimisation.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of GA4 and GTM across all digital properties.
  • Develop, maintain, and document data collection frameworks and tagging specifications to ensure consistent and reliable tracking.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and marketing teams to implement new tracking requirements.
  • Participate in website development sprints to advise on analytics requirements, ensure proper tag deployment, and verify data accuracy.
  • Perform UAT on analytics implementations to validate that events, goals, and tracking function as intended before and after deployments.
  • Maintain overall data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues proactively.
  • Analyse website and campaign performance to identify trends, user behaviours, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards and automated reports using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Provide actionable insights and KPI reports to marketing, product, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform campaign strategy, user experience enhancements, and conversion optimization.
About You
  • Extensive experience in digital analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) 
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Hands on experience with website analytics, tagging validation, and UAT processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices, sprint planning, and collaboration with development teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, or other data query tools (desirable)
