Working as a Delivery Manager your role will be to manage the delivery of a portfolio of business and IT change, including system enhancements, upgrades and implementations.
You’ll be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build robust working relationships at all levels including implementing stakeholder engagement plans and resolving complaints and queries to further develop customer and stakeholder relationships. You’ll use your experience to make balanced decisions, challenge constructively where appropriate and use best practice risk management strategies.
We’d like you to be resilient and able to cope with changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Your role will involve you managing and monitoring processes to track progress of projects, monitoring costs, timescales and resources. You’ll be able balance working on smaller sub-projects alongside larger, longer-term projects reviewing progress regularly to make any necessary changes for future projects.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in managing small projects or business change as well as experience engaging groups of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll hold a project management qualification such as Prince2 Foundation and have a good working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
If you are looking for the next step in your career and are keen to be part of an exciting change delivery programme, we would love to hear from you.
In addition to your basic salary we have a competitive benefits package including pension, critical illness cover, health cash plan, death in service, discounted legal services, 25 days hols (this increases with length of service), discounted online shopping, discounted gym memberships and season ticket loans.
