Customer Support Representative (0571)

The Role

Joining one of the UKs leading law firms you will not only support our clients but we’ll support you.

The first point customer support is a key and integral part of our overall client service and our Client Contact Unit are looking for representatives who know how to demonstrate an expert hand with a human touch.

Expert hand human touch is about providing the very best level of service for our clients. The team specialise in road traffic accidents and are responsible for guiding our clients through the process of making a legal claim following a road traffic accident. You’ll be able to use your knowledge gained in training and your approachable and caring manner to make sure that everyone you speak to will put the phone down feeling valued and that you have done the upmost to help.

Each call you will receive is different and we value representatives who can be pioneering in a challenging situation and tenacious to ensure the best possible outcome for your clients. The team work in a friendly and supportive environment and are focused on the quality of service rather than targets and commission.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rota basis.
