Within the department, we offer a number of different opportunities depending on your strengths and qualifications:
We have opportunities across three teams; our Central Contact Centre, Personal Injury helpline and in our Motor team that will give you the chance to put these values into practice. On our Motor and Personal Injury lines, you will take predominantly inbound calls relating all manner of incidents whilst in the Central Contact Centre, you will transfer calls from clients to the business.
As well as being given full training, you will build upon your previous experience in a similar role to display first class communication skills. We value quality on our calls so you won’t be targeted on volume and there are no sales targets to hit. We also never cold-call.
