CRO Executive (4814)

We’re a national law firm with a local reach. Our philosophy is ‘we're legal and financial experts that care’ – something you’ll find in the way we work with our clients and how we support our teams. But we’re more than just a law firm – we’re a team of people working together to help individuals and businesses navigate life’s ups and downs. Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment.

We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities.

We're always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to one of our Talent Acquisition team for more information.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

As the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive, you will be integral to enhancing our digital marketing performance. Your primary focus will be on improving conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs through data-driven strategies and continuous optimisation.

You will closely collaborate with the Paid Media Manager and other members of the marketing team to ensure our campaigns are both effective and efficient. Your responsibilities will include analysing website and landing page performance, developing and implementing A/B testing strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of CRO initiatives to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will work on developing strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs, track and analyse the cost-effectiveness of various marketing channels, and provide budget allocation recommendations based on performance data.

You will utilise analytics tools to gather and interpret data, create detailed reports, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, content creators, designers, and developers will be essential to align CRO strategies with overall marketing goals and ensure successful implementation of optimisation changes.

About You

You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field and have demonstrable experience in a CRO or similar role. You possess a proven track record of improving conversion rates and managing customer acquisition costs. As a proactive and results-driven individual, you are a creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Your ability to adapt and openness to feedback, coupled with strong ethical standards and integrity, make you a valuable asset to our team.

While significant experience with a range of leading CRO tools and advanced analytics skills are highly desirable, a high-level understanding of the legal or professional services market is essential. Experience with Sitecore or equivalent platforms and a broader understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, email marketing, and social media, are advantageous.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. You work well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CIO, and legal professionals, and possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.

Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in data analysis and the implementation of CRO initiatives. Adaptability to changing priorities and strong negotiation skills to advocate for CRO initiatives and secure necessary resources are desirable traits.

Our Benefits - What We Can Offer You
  • 25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - You can ‘buy’ up to 35hrs of extra holiday too.
  • Generous and flexible pension schemes.
  • Volunteering days – Two days of volunteering every year for a cause of your choice (fully paid)
  • Westfield Health membership, offering refunds on medical services alongside our Aviva Digital GP services.

We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you’re fully supported.  This includes our Flexible by Choice programme which gives our colleagues more choice over a hybrid way of working subject to role, team and client requirements.

We have been ranked in the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing for Large Organisations for 2024!

Our responsible business programmes are fundamental to who we are and our purpose. We’re committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace where our colleagues can flourish, and we have established a number of inclusion network groups across our business to support this aim.

Our commitment to Social Responsibility, community investment activity and tackling climate change is a fundamental part of who we are. It’s made up of four strands: Our People, Our Community, Our Environment and Our Pro Bono.
