As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and driving performance in the regional offices as well as identifying opportunities to improve the commercial performance.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and a skilled influencer. You’ll work to support the General Manager in the management of the P&L; highlighting trends and developing forecasts to make a key contribution as part of a small business leadership team. Driving and initiating change is key as well as considering both local and wider business projects which maximise productivity, efficiency and service delivery.
You will use your experience to identify opportunities to further develop the business as well as to develop analysis tools and KPIs to help drive the positive future development of the business. It’s essential that you are commercially astute with the ability to engage and influence at all levels across the organisation.
We’d like you to be a credible self-starter with a track record of success; operating within large scale operational service delivery businesses including professional, financial or business services. You’ll have experience of developing commercial and business systems along with a strong change orientation and a passion for operational excellence and improvement.
