Client Sharing Executive (4607)

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

The Client Sharing Executive plays a key role in our Group strategy, focusing on understanding and meeting client needs through our legal services. This role is at the heart of implementing and driving our Client Sharing Programme, all about providing support to our legal teams to develop strong, lasting client relationships while aligning with our broader business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • To implement the client sharing programme to support business wide strategy with the strategic aim of:

                              Supporting our clients with a lifetime of legal needs

                              Maximising profitable revenue

                              Growing revenue from current clients and referral sources.

  • Manage the development and maintenance of a champions network to drive best practice and share insight from across all business areas
  • To be proactive and visible in the Irwin Mitchell office network, delivering presentations and activities to drive awareness engagement and understanding of the breadth of client needs and the services we have to support them
  • To work collaboratively with both central and legal teams to implement and execute the client sharing programme to maximise opportunities and outcomes for the Group
  • Manage the development and implementation of a co-ordinated internal communications plan that delivers regular updates to the business, through a variety of channels
  • Utilise and develop a client sharing insights dashboard to track and share performance across business units, teams and individuals
  • Develop, review and report on the client sharing outcomes and plans, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the Business
  • Share best practice knowledge, ideas and details of activities amongst other business units and teams
  • Support the wider Client Experience Department to achieve its objectives.

  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplined team in a medium sized organisation
