Ascent have a fantastic new opportunity for a Client Service Officer in our Manchester office.
You will act as the principal owner of client service requests whilst working to set SLA’s.
You may also need to deal with ad hoc queries and urgent requests for information relating to the FCA.
Your role will require you to meet with clients with the ability to work well in both a team and on your own initiative. You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong influencing and listening skills, as you will proactively engage with client feedback to address the root cause of any issues identified by our clients, ensuring that risks are mitigated within our risk appetite.
Also having the ability to work well in both a team and on your own initiative will help you as you will need to be pro-active in identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience including streamlining processes where possible and automation of client requests.
Your role will liaise with all areas of the business to ensure consistent delivery of service and you will be required to communicate at all levels. Being a confident and effective communicator is key!
