Client Experience Expert (0814)

The Role

Joining one of the UK’s most successful and respected law firms, you will be expected to work professionally to uphold the reputation of the Firm by providing exemplary service in every client interaction you undertake. As a first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be expected to demonstrate a shared passion for these values.

As well as being given full training, you will build upon your previous experience in a similar role to display first class communication skills. You must be articulate, have excellent oral and written skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to deal with challenging situations diplomatically and with empathy whilst also being able to build rapport at all levels.

Working within a demanding yet vibrant team environment, you will be an excellent team player with experience of working towards Service Level Agreements. You will employ a collaborative approach to your work in order to help others and to share best practice with your colleagues. Given the nature of the role, you should expect to have to flexible in order to take full responsibility for an exceptional client experience.

The role will involve working on a rota basis between the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday as well as working one weekend in every five, between the hours of 9am to 5pm as well as Bank Holidays. This will be a total of 40 hours per week.
