Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
  • Input into the strategic direction of the business as part of the Financial Planning Senior leadership team
  • Input into adviser Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators to meet business objectives.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities through the network of opportunities that exist through the Irwin Mitchell network
  • Compete in competitive tenders to win new business.
  • Lead on new business cases of multi million pounds in value
  • Consistently role model positive leadership behaviours, embedding a One IM mindset and culture in IM Asset Management Limited and across the Group.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of financial planning and client services to our clients
  • The role sits within a specialist team that supports our personal injury and Court of Protection focus. Experience and a desire to work within this sector would be advantage.
About You
  • Be able to identify and develop business opportunities internally.
  • Have the ability to manage the needs of significant and demanding internal client needs.
  • You will have worked as part of a directed team effort, will have emerged from an environment that requires them to work closely with peers and superiors on a regular basis and be able to take action on critical matters quickly and effectively.
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence at the appropriate levels across the organisation.
