We’re looking for an experienced Campaigns Manager to lead the development and delivery of integrated, business‑aligned marketing campaigns for IM Scotland.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategies that increase market share, strengthen brand awareness and generate high‑quality pipeline. Working closely with Business Development, legal teams and central marketing colleagues, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned across the full buyer journey and deliver measurable impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Creating and delivering integrated, business‑aligned marketing campaign strategies with clear objectives and KPIs
- Working closely with Business Development and legal teams to support growth, pipeline generation and buyer journey progression
- Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns, ensuring activity is joined up, resource is used effectively and budgets are well controlled
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, sharing insight and learning to continuously improve future activity
- Attending weekly trading meetings and providing clear updates on campaign performance and actions
- Ensuring all marketing activity aligns to Irwin Mitchell brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Managing relationships with third‑party suppliers and platforms such as Dynamics, Dot Digital, Splash, Foleon, Canva and Irongate
- Leading post‑campaign analysis and embedding feedback and learning into future planning
- Line managing and developing Campaigns and Events Executives, providing coaching, support and clear direction
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Essential experience and skills:
- Degree qualified or CIM qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience developing and delivering go‑to‑market marketing strategies
- Proven success running personalised, targeted, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and full‑funnel marketing
- Experience using marketing platforms such as Dynamics, Sitecore, Dot Digital, Splash or Lead Forensics
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to campaign optimisation
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and external agencies
- A collaborative leadership style with experience supporting and developing team members
Desirable:
- Experience within the legal or wider professional services sector
- Proposition development experience
- Previous line management experience
