We are currently recruiting for a diverse role working as an Administrator within our Corporate team based in the Birmingham office.
Working as an Administrator in this team, your role will be support the team in their Business Development activities whilst also supporting with overflow PA work across the Birmingham BLS teams.
Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. You must be comfortable carrying out Experian research and conflict searches and be able to collate information from varying sources, ensuring that it is accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly. You will also have responsibility for monitoring both the referral register as well as the Business Development budget.
The successful individual must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the capacity and willingness to work as part of a team. You must be passionate about client care as within your role, you’ll be tasked with liaising with clients to gain their feedback to ensure Irwin Mitchell’s retention rates continue to grow and improve. You will also help to grow business through supporting with event organisation and liaising with the wider Marketing team.
