We're always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to a member of our Recruitment and Onboarding team for more information.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Marketing & Digital Transformation team and play a key role in helping us better understand, engage and support prospective clients through improved processes, technology and customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and proactive Business Analyst who enjoys stakeholder engagement, problem solving and turning complex information into practical solutions that deliver real business value.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll support discovery, analysis and requirements gathering activities across a range of customer-focused initiatives.

Working with Marketing, Digital, CRM and Technology teams, you'll help define future-state processes and customer journeys that improve how we attract, convert and support clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gathering, documenting and prioritising business requirements.
  • Mapping customer journeys, business processes and data flows.
  • Supporting analysis across marketing operations, CRM and digital platforms.
  • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Translating complex stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting solution design and assurance activities.
About You

You'll be passionate about understanding how businesses operate and how technology can improve customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Previous Business Analysis experience within transformation, technology or change environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience mapping processes, journeys or workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capability.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to learn
  • Experience in Marketing, CRM, Digital, Customer Experience or MarTech environments would be highly beneficial

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transformation initiatives that will directly influence how Irwin Mitchell engages with clients in the future. You'll be part of a supportive Business Analysis community while gaining valuable experience across Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience transformation.

  • 25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - You can ‘buy’ up to 35hrs of extra holiday too.
  • Generous and flexible pension schemes.
  • Volunteering days – Two days of volunteering every year for a cause of your choice (fully paid)
  • Westfield Health membership, offering refunds on medical services alongside our Aviva Digital GP services.

We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you’re fully supported.  This includes our Flexible by Choice programme which gives our colleagues more choice over a hybrid way of working subject to role, team and client requirements.

Our responsible business programmes are fundamental to who we are and our purpose. We’re committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace where our colleagues can flourish, and we have established a number of inclusion network groups across our business to support this aim.

Our commitment to Social Responsibility, community investment activity and tackling climate change is a fundamental part of who we are. It’s made up of four strands: Our People, Our Community, Our Environment and Our Pro Bono.
