Reporting to the Test Manager, the Automation Test Analyst role will have the responsibility for successful delivery of automated testing for projects. The role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing test automation frameworks; ensuring service and application releases adhere to quality standards.
You will use your automation experience to continuously ensure the testing of deliveries are automated to the specified standard and championing the importance of quality in all deliverables to our customers. You'll be conducting functional and non-functional tests of our applications, create automated tests to enhance the existing test suite using Selenium and convert existing manual test scripts/cases to executable automated tests. You'll also support and maintain our test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features or bug fixes.
You will have a background in both Manual and Automation Testing and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studios. You will be passionate about continuous improvement, testing and be committed to improving their agile processes. Ideally you will have a good understanding of the C# programming language and a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
As an Automation Test Analyst you need to possess strong technical skills, organisational skills and excellent attention to detail to support and lead automation within the testing practice. You will champion best practice which will include implementing new tools and methodologies where required.
