Our Newbury Residential Property team specialise in all aspects of residential property law. Our primary focus / area of expertise relates to residential secured lending. Obviously, we also undertake conveyancing for individuals (including HNW individuals), collectives and family offices. The team has particular experience with high-end London residential properties and high-end residential properties in the Home Counties and beyond.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic 3pqe+ - Associate to join our Newbury Residential Property Team. As a senior solicitor in the team, you’ll deal with a wide range of residential property matters and use your expertise to take on more complex cases whilst also mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team.
- You’ll have extensive experience with dealing with a broad range of residential property matters including residential secured lending work and dealing with offshore / trust structures
- Have experience dealing with high-end residential properties transactions, ideally in the London market
- Experience of complex title transactions
- Enthusiasm for marketing yourself and the team to support with the growth of the national residential property team
- Exceptional client care skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience of line manager responsibilities; coaching and mentoring, holding appraisals and performance reviews and delegating work on a daily basis
- Ability to role model technical knowledge and behaviours to the team
