Working as an Associate Solicitor within the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload with an international and national reach. Working as part of a small team, you will have excellent partner access and have the opportunity to work for many notable clients. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating IT contracts including developmental projects, cloud services, software licensing, OEM and channel partner agreements. You will also be advising on related compliance matters such as data protection, information security and open source compliance.
