Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

To work collaboratively as part of a PA and Admin national team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CLEI fee earning team/s thereby assisting in the delivery of a quality service to our clients.

You will be required to:

  • Collate and distribute all incoming electronic Post to fee earners, firstly ensuring these are labelled and saved to the Legis/iManage file.
  • Check outgoing post ensuring all enclosures are included and collated as a pdf document and sent electronically via ‘Litigation Printing’ or if in office via the Business Centre postal bags.
  • Undertake work from the CLEI Support Inbox (Tasks identified as Admin) liaising with PA and Admin teammembers as appropriate. May require from time to time to assist colleagues with the collating of electronicdocuments for preparation of ITC/Court bundles.
  • Regularly liaise with PA, Admin colleagues and Team Leader to monitor work flow levels ensuring SLA deadlinesand priorities are met.
  • Produce email correspondence and documentation within the parameters of the department’s house style ensuring consistency and accuracy in presentation.
  • Use outside websites to gain further information – OCE/Company Tracker information and Trace IQ
About You

We are looking for:

  • Time management and excellent organisational skills.
  • GCSE level Maths and English qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a Law firm or in a similar role.
  • Business Administration or Secretarial accredited qualification/s.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/MS Teams) and Databases.
