Working as an Administrator, your role will involve a range of administration and general office duties with a focus on providing efficient administrative support at all times. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll have responsibility for photocopying, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, binding and indexing documents, maintaining stationery supplies, daily court runs and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Not only must you demonstrate sound administrative skills but you’ll be an exceptional team player. Working closely with a wide range of people both in person and over the telephone, you’ll enjoy working collaboratively alongside others in your team to deliver excellent internal client care. As part of a successful team, you will be helpful, friendly and willing to contribute to further the team’s successes going forward.
Given the busy nature of the role, you will be expected to work to tight deadlines so good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential. You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to work quickly yet accurately at all times.
