  • Prepare, review and distribute documents using electronic document and signature platforms, including DocuSign.
  • Manage correspondence, telephone enquiries and administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain diaries, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments and monitor key deadlines.
  • Support case handlers with administrative and defined billable activities to assist with case progression.
  • Prepare and distribute court bundles, expert bundles and counsel bundles, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Arrange client, expert and stakeholder appointments and support associated administration.
  • Request, monitor and manage medical, financial and other case-related records.
  • Support case transfers, file management and document organisation activities.
  • Assist with court e-filing processes, hearing administration and court listing arrangements.
  • Process payments and assist with financial administration, billing activities and disbursement management.
  • Draft routine correspondence, including funding updates and client communications.
  • Support reporting, data collection and the maintenance of accurate management information.
  • Assist with business development activities, events and professional membership applications where required.
  • Conduct searches, arrange translation services and liaise with internal support teams to obtain specialist information.
  • Action and monitor work arising from audits, file reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation and best practice ways of working.
