Solicitor/Associate Solicitor (Future Opportunities - Medical Negligence) (6423)

About You

While requirements will vary depending on future opportunities, we're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Approximately 3+ years' PQE, ideally gained within a claimant litigation environment, with experience handling complex, high-value or procedurally challenging matters.
  • Strong transferable litigation skills, including managing cases through key procedural stages, working to court deadlines and directions, instructing and liaising with experts, and progressing claims effectively and commercially.
  • The ability to build trusted client relationships, take detailed instructions, analyse complex evidence and provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Experience supporting senior colleagues on high-value, complex or strategically significant cases, contributing to successful outcomes through effective case management and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in Medical Negligence law and a desire to retrain within a specialist claimant practice, supported by a willingness to develop new technical knowledge and expertise.
  • The confidence to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, alongside a compassionate and client-focused approach.
