Solicitor - Court of Protection (5880)

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic Court of Protection Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of Court of Protection work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking client instructions and delivering clear, accurate legal advice.
  • Managing your own caseload while supporting Partners and senior team members on high-value, complex cases.
  • Regularly reviewing matters with your supervisor to ensure the highest standards of legal advice and client care.

  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied caseload with confidence
  • Some hands-on experience in Mental Capacity matters
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
  • A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively while also working independently
