This role involves significant collaboration with senior stakeholders and includes a high level of autonomy, leadership responsibility and UK-wide travel.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing event quality and standardisation across all Business Units.
- Producing regular performance reporting aligned to senior leadership cadence, including KPIs such as event quality, attendance, cost efficiency and pipeline contribution.

- Holding overall responsibility for the events budget, including supplier management, rate cards and cost optimisation.
- Managing relationships with fulfilment and logistics suppliers to ensure a cost-effective, high-quality service.
- Leading, developing and inspiring a team of Event Managers and Event Coordinators.
- Collaborating with Facilities and other internal teams to ensure consistency of approach across offices.
- Supporting the use and development of event and marketing technologies, including building business cases for future tools.
- Owning governance, compliance and risk standards for all events activity.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and the use of AI in events.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- A collaborative, proactive leadership style and a problem-solving mindset.
It would be great if you also have:
