Job description

Regional Marketing Manager (6513)

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

Irwin Mitchell has a strong presence across the UK and a clear opportunity to use its regional scale, relationships and local market knowledge to support business growth. Our regional marketing approach connects local opportunities with firm-wide priorities, ensuring activity is focused, coordinated and capable of delivering meaningful commercial and reputational impact.

As Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating regional growth priorities into clear, integrated marketing plans. Acting as the key link between Regional Lead Partners, Business Development colleagues and specialist marketing teams, you'll ensure regional opportunities are understood, prioritised and reflected in wider marketing activity.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination, ensuring regional marketing activity is appropriately scoped, briefed, prioritised, tracked and delivered through the firm's marketing teams, systems and processes. You’ll maintain momentum, overcome barriers to delivery and ensure regional priorities are represented across marketing plans and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver regional marketing plans aligned to business, market and growth priorities.
  • Work closely with Regional Lead Partners, Business Development teams and Go-to-Market specialists to understand regional opportunities, audiences and market dynamics.
  • Act as the principal marketing partner for Regional Lead Partners, providing advice, direction and constructive challenge.
  • Identify opportunities to build the firm's visibility, relevance and reputation in priority regional markets.
  • Ensure key regional priorities are represented within wider business unit campaigns, marketing roadmaps and activities.
  • Work with Events teams and stakeholders to define and deliver regional event strategies, ensuring activity has clear objectives, target audiences and measures of success.
  • Connect regional opportunities with specialist teams across Brand, Content, Digital, PR, Social Media, Events and Marketing Operations.
  • Develop practical playbooks, templates and guidance to support local marketing activity and consistent ways of working.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, providing oversight, forecasting and recommendations on investment priorities.
  • Monitor performance, using data, insight and stakeholder feedback to evaluate activity and inform future planning.
  • Share best practice and learning across regions, continuously improving effectiveness and impact.
About You
