PLHR Administrator (6360)
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in the London office, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office.
If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly, and high-performing team, this could be the role for you. You will work closely with Associates and Partners within our Public Law team, ensuring they receive high-quality administrative support.
This is a busy, fast-paced position, so you’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and accurately. Building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with the preparation of electronic and paper bundles
- Opening and closing files on internal systems and databases
- Responding to fee earner queries via email, phone, and MS Teams
- Maintaining well-organised files and ensuring databases are up to date
- Opening case files on relevant case management systems
- Processing invoices, cheques, BACS payments, and billing activities
- Preparing digital files for audit purposes
- Administering digital storage platforms
- Managing inbound post, including printing and scanning
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience (legal experience is desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use initiative and work independently
