Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Legal 500 ranked Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes (WTED) team in London.

Working alongside our national team, the London office brings years of experience representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees delivering outstanding client care and achieving landmark case outcomes.

As a Paralegal in our team, you will support experienced solicitors and recognised experts on a wide range of high quality, privately funded matters. This is a varied and rewarding role with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the team.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day to day management of client matters and caseloads
  • Handling new client enquiries
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Liaising with clients
  • Providing general administrative and file management support
About You
  • Empathetic, compassionate and able to support clients through challenging personal circumstances
  • A friendly, proactive and professional approach, with strong communication skills
  • Previous Paralegal experience, ideally within litigation or private client disputes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • A genuine interest in Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes and a desire to build expertise in this area
