We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Serious Injury (SI) team in London, working on a varied and rewarding caseload.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to qualified Case Handlers across a range of serious injury cases.
• Manage client queries quickly, efficiently, and with empathy.
• Progress cases independently under supervision and as part of a team.
• Liaise with clients and medical professionals in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Arrange meetings, seek medical reports, and chase information with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Previous Paralegal experience (Serious Injury experience desirable)
• Strong ability to work on your own initiative.
• Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to interact with clients and external organisations
