The Commercial Litigation team in Sheffield handles a variety of contract and property disputes for both commercial and individual clients. 

The available role is in the property team which specialises in a vast breadth of such cases involving trespass, nuisance, property damage, breach of covenant, and landlord and tenant claims. Claims are usually funded by legal expenses insurance, so the role involves dealing with insurers as well as clients.

As a Paralegal in property litigation, you’ll have the chance to manage your own caseload and develop strong relationships with your own clients.  You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with matters right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients. 

What we'll need from you

• Preferably previous paralegal experience / litigation experience
• Preferably some experience in property law
