Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
As a HR Assistant, you’ll join our friendly HR Services Team. Day-to-day tasks are split equally amongst the team, so you’ll have exposure to a wide variety of recruitment activity right from the beginning.

This role will give you the opportunity to see first-hand how HR operates in a large professional services environment and play an important part in providing an excellent service to the business. If you’re keen to gain HR and recruitment experience, this is a great team to join as you’ll deal with a variety of HR administrative tasks on a daily basis. You’ll also have monthly one to ones with your Team Leader, so you can build your experience and develop your skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generating and processing offer paperwork and supporting the onboarding process for new starters
- Using our application tracking system across the recruitment lifecycle
- Scheduling interviews, delivering feedback and other ad-hoc recruitment activities where needed
- Effectively communicating with other teams across the business to provide good service delivery and build strong relationships
- Provide wider support to HR Operations projects and cyclical initiatives
About You
- Previous recruitment admin experience essential
- Knowledge of pre-employment screening checks and right to work
- A professional and approachable manner, and an ability to work with discretion and tact
- A great team player, with a willingness to get involved and share best practice
- An ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately
- The confidence to help our colleagues at all levels across the whole business including working well with the wider HR team
