Growth Intelligence Manager (6474)

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

Your Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring our prospect and opportunity data is accurate, well-governed and transformed into actionable insight that supports business development performance and firm-wide growth objectives. You'll act as a trusted expert, helping stakeholders understand pipeline performance, market opportunities and client growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analysing prospect, client and opportunity data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Producing pipeline reports, executive dashboards and management information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring opportunity performance, conversion rates and forecasting activity.
  • Developing insight to support bids, pitches, account plans and business development initiatives.
  • Leading data governance activities, improving data quality and maintaining reporting standards.
  • Supporting the effective use and ongoing development of CRM and opportunity management processes.
  • Creating and enhancing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Working closely with Partners, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, CRM and Technology teams to provide commercially focused insight.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes and drive evidence-based decision-making across the firm.

 

About You

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded data professional who can translate complex information into clear, actionable insight.

You'll have:

  • Experience analysing large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and customer or opportunity data.
  • Strong reporting, dashboard development and data visualisation skills.
  • Experience producing management information for senior stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of data governance and data quality management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI. 

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment.
  • An understanding of business development, client relationship management and pipeline management.
  • Experience supporting commercial growth initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
