About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and take the next step in their career.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing client invoices, supporting our billing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate financial administration. If you’re organised, motivated, and keen to grow your career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate, and issue accurate client invoices.
  • Manage billing schedules and ensure invoicing deadlines are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date client financial records and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Deal directly with clients regarding billing queries, invoice clarifications, and general financial information.
  • Support fee earners and internal teams with invoicing queries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

 Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a finance, billing, or administrative role.
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in working with data and financial information.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
