• A technically capable Family lawyer with experience advising on a range of private Family Law matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality legal advice with appropriate supervision and support.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Strong client relationship and client care skills, with the ability to support clients through sensitive and often complex personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism.
• Committed to building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
• Interested in developing your profile within the market and contributing to business development activities, including networking, marketing initiatives and thought leadership opportunities.
• Commercially aware, well organised and able to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
